Four Ways This Works
The surprise reveal
Nobody in the room is told. Maxx arrives in costume during dinner or between program segments, and the room works out what is happening in the same moment. This is the most requested format and the one guests are still talking about at the next event.
The headline set
A full performance placed after the formal program, once the awards are done and the room is ready to be entertained rather than addressed. Three to four numbers with costume changes, with or without backup dancers.
Roaming and photographs
Up to ninety minutes moving through the room in character, greeting guests and posing for photographs. Built for receptions, trade show floors and cocktail hours where a stage set is not practical.
Full production
Backup dancers, staged choreography, a sequence rehearsed around your room and your run of show. For galas and milestone events where the entertainment is the centerpiece rather than an interlude.

What a Planner Needs to Know
Space
A clear performance area is enough. No stage is required for the roaming or surprise formats, and full production is built around whatever the room actually gives you.
Sound
Maxx supplies his own music tracks in advance. The venue needs a working system that will play them. If the room already has a DJ or an AV team, they run it.
A private changing area
A clean private room with a mirror, a table and chairs. Not a restroom. Costume changes are part of every format that runs longer than one number.
Timing
Formats run from a twenty-minute surprise appearance to a ninety-minute roaming set. The performance is placed around your run of show, not the other way round.
Photographs
Guest photographs and interaction are included in every format. For most corporate rooms this is the part that ends up on people’s phones and, later, on your social channels.
Common Questions
How far in advance should we book?
Earlier is better for Las Vegas dates in convention season and December, when the calendar fills months ahead. Shorter notice is often possible. Ask.
Can you work around our program?
Yes. Most corporate bookings are placed around a dinner service, an awards segment or a keynote. Tell us the run of show and the performance is built to fit it.
Can this be a genuine surprise?
Yes, and it is the most requested format. Maxx arrives and prepares out of sight, and the room finds out when the first note plays. Only your organizers need to know.
Do you travel outside Las Vegas?
Yes. Maxx Vega has performed in more than fifteen states and internationally. Travel is quoted with the booking.
Can you bring backup dancers?
Yes. Dancers are available for full production formats and are quoted separately.
What does it cost?
It depends on the format, the length and the date. Corporate bookings start at $2,000. Tell us the event and you will get a straight number.
